Accident in the 3rd Street Tunnel

D.C. Fire and EMS officials are reporting an accident northbound in the 3rd Street Tunnel involving a van carrying special needs passengers.
Officials said they are evaluating seven people. Additional EMS units have been called to the scene.
Traffic delays in the area.
