Amtrak operating at reduced speed after accident
One out of four railroad tracks in D.C. and Maryland has been cleared for reduced speed service. Union Station is beginning to release northbound trains. However, significant delays, especially southbound coming from New York and Philadelphia, will likely continue all afternoon.
