Arlington cautions pedestrians

Arlington County has echoed the thoughts of Dr. Gridlock: Pedestrians should not walk in the streets. The county sent out an alert saying this creates an unsafe condition and asking pedestrians to wear reflective clothing if they walk in the street.

Today there was a rather rude guy walking in the street in Shirlington. He acted as though he was entitled to be there, not realizing that if drivers lost speed they risked getting stuck.
