Rock Creek Parkway reopens
UPDATE:
Rock Creek Parkway has reopened after the earlier electrical fire. The Key Bridge, which was also closed, has reopened as well.
The parkway had been closed after Pepco crews working in the area discovered a body nearby Thursday morning. See our earlier report below.

D.C. police are investigating the discovery of a body found near Rock Creek Parkway and Pennsylvania Avenue Thursday morning.
Police were called to the scene after Pepco crews working on an electrical fire discovered the body.
