Chihuahua dies after saving trucker from fire
Coco, the Chihuahua puppy who nudged his owner awake and likely saved his life after a fire broke out in the cab of a truck where the pair were sleeping has died, Fox 5 reports. The cause was smoke inhalation.
Fox 5's Claudia Coffey spoke to Coco's owner Tim Harris he says he is saddened by the news of the puppy's death.
"He was placed in my arms for a reason, He's my hero," says Harris, who was released from the hospital and is back home in Florida.
