Child struck by vehicle in downtown D.C.

D.C. police are investigating after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle Tuesday evening near the Metro Center station in downtown Washington, officials said.
Police said a juvenile was struck near the intersection of 13th and G streets NW about 7:10 p.m. Authorities released no further details about the incident.
