1 dead, 1 wounded after SE D.C. dispute
A 31-year-old Southeast Washington man was fatally shot Sunday morning near his home, D.C. police said.
Laroy Bryant was found about 1 a.m. in the 2400 block of Hartford Street SE.
Police said Katrell Austin Henry, 36, of Southeast Washington, was arrested and charged with first degree murder while armed.
Based on a preliminary investigation, police said Bryant died after an altercation in which both participants were shot.
