Alexandria man killed in Florida
Alexandria resident Samuel Del Brocco was found dead Sunday night in Pompano Beach, Fla., and investigators there believe he was killed, Crime Scene reports.
Del Brocco, 60, was the president and chief executive of PCI Communications. Broward County Sheriff's officials said he had a home in Pompano Beach and traveled there several times a month.
A woman called 911 around 9 p.m. Sunday to ask sheriff's deputies to check on Del Brocco, the Broward sheriff's office said, and they found his body.
An autopsy Monday by the Broward medical examiner determined that the death was a homicide. Investigators would not release the cause of death.
