Arrest made in D.C. triple shooting

A man has been arrested in the shooting of three men last week in the Shaw neighborhood of Northwest Washington, D.C. police said.
Herbert Jackson Arrington, 24, of Southeast D.C., was arrested Tuesday morning on a warrant charging him with assault with intent to kill.The shooting, which occurred about 7:30 p.m. June 9 within a couple blocks of Howard University, left two men with life-threatening wounds and a third seriously hurt, police said.
Off-duty police officers working at the nearby music venue 9:30 Club heard the gunshots and responded to the scene. Investigators were looking for a green Chrysler 300 that fled the scene.

Can't wait to hear all of the excuses we're going to be given on how this is somehow either the DC school's, Fenty adminitration's, Bush administation's or NRA's fault.
Or my personal favorite...he grew up without his daddy. Well, then mommy needed to make better decisions before she chose to procreate.
