Arundel man charged in landlord's death

An Anne Arundel County man is facing first-degree murder charges after he called 911 and reported that he shot his landlord, WTOP reports.
County police say they were called to a home in the 7700 block of Outing Avenue in Pasadena just after midnight Tuesday. There they found Harry A. Wagner, 57, dead of apparent gunshot wounds.
Neal J. Manning, 40, was taken into custody at the scene.
