Bieber's balloon attack on Md. troopers

Justin Bieber may have caused even more of a frenzy than we knew when the teen singing sensation performed at the Maryland State Fair last weekend, Celebritology reports.
Apparently he was being oh so teen like and "horsing around with members of his staff" when he threw water balloons at some Maryland state troopers. A bodyguard did some fast talking and convinced the officers not to arrest him.
