Bleach found in Denny's workers' drinks
A Fredericksburg man has been charged with putting bleach into the drinks of his co-workers at Denny's.
Jermaine Johnson, 29, is charged with tainting the drinks of two fellow employees at the Denny's in the 5300 block of Jefferson Davis Highway, NBC 4 reports.
Authorities say the man's co-workers noticed their drinks smelled and tasted of bleach and told their manager, who called police.
Johnson allegedly told police he accidentally got bleach into the drinks while cleaning. He later allegedly told police he intentionally put the bleach in the beverages, authorities said.
