Body discovered near I-495 in Silver Spring

Montgomery County police are investigating the discovery of a body near the beltway in Silver Spring, ABC 7 reports.
The body was found shortly before 2 p.m. in the 9800 block of New Hampshire Avenue near the ramp to I-495.
