Bowie man accused of abusing child

A 19-year-old Bowie man who allegedly inappropriately touched a 5-year-old family member has been arrested, ABC 7 reports.
The incident took place Tuesday at Featherstone Elementary School in Woodbridge. School staff told police that the man touched the 5-year-old inappropriately while on school grounds.
