Montgomery County Police say a woman who went missing from her family's home in Gaithersburg Saturday night has died.
Addie Marie Brown, 77, was discovered Sunday morning on a path behind Gaithersburg High School, suffering from exposure and hypothermia. She later died at an area hospital, police say.
Brown, who suffered from Alzheimer's disease, was visiting the area from North Carolina.

This story breaks my heart. She was scared, confused, alone, and tired. No way for a person to die. I hope that she is in a better place. Rest in Peace, Ms Brown.
