Former Va. ranger admits killing family
A former Prince William County park ranger had pleaded guilty to killing his wife and two stepchildren last year, WTOP reports.
As part of a plea agreement, Carrillo Dean will not receive the death penalty, but he will spend the rest of his life in prison.
Dean, 45, admitted shooting his wife Elizabeth Dean, 45, and her two children, Connor Kirk, 13 and Brittany Kirk, 14, in their home in February, 2009. He is scheduled to be sentenced April1.

So because of the plea deal, we the tax payers get to foot the bill for 3 hots and a cot for this piece of sh*t? REALLY??? Come the fck on!!! He ADMITTED HIS GUILT!!! I don't understand. What's the justification for this BS??? HE KILLED HIS OWN EFFING FAMILY!!! Cut his n*ts off and burn his eyes out. He's lucky he didn't touch MY family. I hope Tiny gets a hold of him in prison and terrorizes him for the rest of his life...
