Four seriously hurt in Beltway Crash
Four people were seriously hurt when their car overturned in a crash Sunday morning on the Outer Loop in Capital Heights, according to Prince George's County Fire and EMS.
First responders found a four-year-old girl who was not breathing and did not have a pulse. They began CPR before transporting her to a trauma center. Three other people were taken to a trauma center with serious injuries.
No futher details were available.

bad drivers have little correlation to speed. there are plenty of morons out there who are bad drivers: some drive too fast; some drive too slow; some drive in the wrong lane; some don't use their signals; some leave their signals on; it never fails.
don't be too quick to blame high speed.

CAPITOL HEIGHTS, not CAPITAL...as for @DreamOutLoud, I'm pretty sure speed was a significant factor in this incident. It is a problem in that area.
