Two men sought in Northeast shooting

Police are searching for two suspects after a man was shot in the arm in Northeast Washington Monday night.

The victim was shot about 8 p.m. in the 4900 block of Quarles St. NE, police said.

The suspects are both described as African American men in their early 20s between 5’7” and 5’8”. One was wearing a striped shirt, police said.

Is this pretty much a standard description in practically EVERY shooting in metro DC?

why am I not suprised wrt the descriptions of the perps.....

and these perps gripe that they can't get no respect.....
