GWU names new police chief

A former deputy chief of the U.S. Park Police has been named chief of the George Washington University Police Department.
Kevin Hay will lead a 150 uniformed police department charged with safety of the campus. He most recently managed the 300-member park police homeland security division.
Hay will take over GWU's police department on Sept. 7.
