HoCo police ID body found in woods

Howard County police have identified the body of the man found Thursday in a wooded area in Jessup.

Michael Thomas Cobb, 41, of Jessup, was identified using fingerprints. He was last seen by family members on Aug. 12, police said.

Construction workers discovered Cobb's body at 10:22 a.m. in a wooded area behind houses in the 8900 block of Good Harvest Court.

Police said they do not suspect foul play in his death, but an investigation is continuing.
