Horse shot on Halloween in Howard Co.
Howard County Police say the death of a horse Sunday may be linked to a series of other shootings that damaged three cars in the same area along Triadelphia and Triadelphia Mill roads in Dayton, NBC 4 reported.
Police do not know if the shootings were related to Halloween. The horse’s owner is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the shooter.
