Man found fatally shot in SE
A 23-year-old Southeast Washington man was found fatally shot Tuesday on Alabama Avenue SE, the D. C. police said.
They said Christopher L. Jones was found in a car about 3:45 p.m. in the 4700 block of Alabama, a short distance from his home in the 4400 block of G Street SE. Officers were sent there to investigate the report of a shooting.
Jones was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead less than an hour after he was found.
He had been shot at least twice, police said.
