Man shot over weekend is identified

The man found fatally shot Sunday in Landover was identified Monday by Prince George's County police as James Edward Waters, 24, of West Lake Terrace in Bethesda.
Police said he was found in a vehicle about 12:30 p.m. Sunday on Nalley Terrace. He may have been shot Saturday evening between 8 and 10 p.m., they said.
Police asked anyone with information to call the homicide unit at (301) 772-4925.
