Suspect flees after police chase in Md.
Police were searching for a suspect Tuesday night after a car chase began in Montgomery County and ended when the vehicle crashed in the Riverdale Heights area, U.S. Park Police said.
Two suspects were in the vehicle during the pursuit along the Baltimore-Washington Parkway southbound. Both suspects bailed out of the car after the crash. One was arrested; the other got away on foot, U.S. Park Police spokesman David Schlosser said.
A manhunt for the suspect was called off around 1:30 a.m.
