Montgomery police arrest man in teacher carjacking
Montgomery County detectives have arrested a 25-year-old man in connection with the
carjacking and kidnapping of a teacher at Woodrow Wilson High School in D.C.
Jeremiah Juwley, of the 14200 block of Georgia Avenue, in the Aspen Hill area of Silver Spring, was charged with one count of first degree assault, one count of false imprisonment and one count of robbery, police said.
