Mother of baby who overdosed convicted

The mother of a five-month-old boy who overdosed on heroin was convicted Wednesday of felony child neglect.
As the Fairfax County jury began to consider a sentence for Marilyn R. Fischl, 36, a judge ordered her taken into custody. Fischl faces a sentence of up to 30 days in jail.
