Pedestrian who died in SE D.C. is identified

The woman killed Sunday on the Anacostia Freeway in Southeast Washington was identified Monday by D.C. police as Sharon Kelcha, 55.
Police said she was apparently walking on the roadway when she was struck about 2:30 a.m. near exit 3B in the Anacostia area.
No address or hometown was available for her Monday night.
