Pr. Geo.'s police: Driver intentionally hit four
Prince George’s County police are investigating an incident early Monday in which a man allegedly drove his vehicle into a cluster of four people, intentionally trying to hurt them.
The driver of the vehicle, whose name was not released, was arrested and taken for questioning, said Cpl. Clinton Copeland, a Prince George’s County police spokesman.
Copeland said charges were pending.
The man allegedly struck the four people with his vehicle just before 3 a.m., Copeland said, in a commercial strip in the 1400 block of University Boulevard in Chillum, just east of the intersection with New Hampshire Avenue. Their injuries were not life-threatening.
