Pr. Geo.'s woman assaulted in home
A woman was tied up, assaulted and robbed by a man who forced his way into her Hyattsville-area home Wednesday morning, Crime Scene reports.
Cpl. Mike Rodriguez, a Prince George’s County police spokesman, said the man, who was apparently unarmed, made his way into the home just after 7 a.m., assaulted the woman and tied her up with a piece of clothing or “something like that.”
He then fled with some money, Rodriguez said.
The woman was injured, Rodriguez said, though the extent of those injuries remains unclear.

This place Prince Georges is off the hook and is not well managed.Police corruption is also up there. The post ran a story about single ladies living in big mansions in Bowie. That story was a big mistake. Who knows stories like this will start being the order of the day... Be careful out there!

Once again, the Post gets the location wrong. This event occured in the 3500 block of Hubbard Road...in Landover. This is almost 4 miles outside the city limits of Hyattsville, on the other side of the Anacostia River, and if one were driving there from Hyattsville, you would actually drive through Edmonston, Bladensburg, and Cheverly to get there. It's not even the "Hyattsville-area". Utterly lame!

You commentators really are a trip...you find a way to make EVERYTHING about race. Geez! And no, I'm not white, but goodness...can we focus on the issue at hand? The woman was assaulted in her own home. Oh yeah, the PG bashing is getting old too. I don't live there, but again, you all need some new material. Crime and crazy people are EVERYWHERE...the sooner you come to realize that, the better off you'll be.

According to the Prince George's County website, PG County is "a county of livable communities." Evidently "livable" means home invasions. Bwaaaaaahaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
