Mistakenly released prisoner recaptured

By Washington Post editors

A 26-year-old man mistakenly released from a Baltimore prison has been captured in West Virginia.

The Baltimore Sun reports that Raymond Thomas Taylor, who was serving three consecutive life sentences for shooting his ex-girlfriend and her two daughters in 2004, was taken into custody Friday in Martinsburg, W.Va.

Taylor was tracked to the home of one of his childhood friends in Martinsburg.
