MoCo woman found dead in home
Montgomery County homicide detectives are on the scene of a suspicious death inside a home in the Glen Echo area, officials said Monday.
Foul play is suspected, Crime Scene reports. The victim, a woman in her 50s, appears to have lived alone in a house along the 6200 block of Massachusetts Avenue, said Cpl. Dan Friz, a police spokesman.
Her boyfriend, concerned about her welfare, had gone to the home this morning to check on her, Friz said. He noticed her Jeep was gone.
"It appears to be a suspicious death," Friz said.

A woman has been found dead in her home on the 6200 block of Massachusetts Avenue in Bethesda, WUSA 9 reports.
Montgomery County Fire officials received a call at10:52 a.m. for a report of an injury from a fall. They arrived to find the woman dead.
Montgomery County Police are investigating.
