Second man dies following D.C. robbery

A second man has died following a shooting Wednesday afternoon at a Northeast D.C. store, Crime Scene reports.
Police announced Thursday that Li-Jen Chih, 32, had died. His father, Ming-Kun Chih, 59, died Wednesday after being shot at his wholesale store on the 1200 block of Fifth Street NE in a robbery.

Just like the store owner shot and killed on Benning Rd last week...no death penalty involved because DC does not believe in it...Now 2 family members are dead....even when caught they will serve time in jail no matter what....sad
