Second teen arrested in D.C. killing
A second teenage boy has been arrested and charged with murder in the shooting death of a Capitol Heights man, D.C. police said.
The victim, 29-year-old Manuel D. Sanchez, was working with a cleaning crew behind a property in the 4600 block of Hillside Road when he was shot to death following an altercation May 28, police said.
The 16-year-old, whose name was not released, was arrested at his home in District Heights on Wednesday morning.
Another 16-year-old boy, Javon Hale, of Capitol Heights, was also charged with murder in the case on June 2.

I guess little Javon told on his little friend and now both will go to jail for a long time. When will these youngins out here learn that, you can't go around shooting people because you have a beef or an altercation? I can only imagine how many jails are filled with these young chumps who have committed a murder before they have even graduated from high school.
