Greenbelt police are investigating what they have termed the “suspicious death” of a 3-month-old girl, authorities said Wednesday.
The death was reported Friday in the 6000 block of Springhill Drive, said Officer Kelly Lawson, a spokeswoman for the department. She declined to provide any other details, except to identify the child as Zariyah Jacobs, of Upper Marlboro.
