Woman dies in Fairfax crash
A woman was found dead Sunday after a single-car crash in the Merrifield area of Fairfax County, county police said. They said she had apparently suffered an upper body wound or injury before the crash.
Police said the woman’s car ran into a ditch near Arlington Boulevard and Williams Drive shortly before 4 p.m., and she was found dead at the scene. The police are investigating the accident and have not yet released details.
