By Washington Post editors

D.C. Police are investigating after several girls reported a man exposed himself to them as they walked to school, WJLA reports.

Police said the suspicious man has been spotted in the 200 block of 17th Street NE and the 200 block of 17th Place NE attempting to make contact with adolescent females.

On Thursday, the man exposed himself to four girls who were walking to school, police said. The suspect is described as a black male, 20-30 years of age, 5'7", thin build wearing a white T-shirt, blue shorts, a black skull cap and sunglasses, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call the First District at 202-698-0555, or the First District Detective's Unit at 202-299-2025.
