Power restored in D.C. outage area

Pepco reports that power has been restored to all but about 400 customers in Southwest and Southeast Washington. Officials are still working to determine the cause of the outage.

Pepco reports that power is out in parts of Southwest and Southeast Washington. About 1,700 people are affected. Service is estimated to be restored by 2 p.m.
