D.C. says move your car or lose your car

The District's Department of Transportation has already issued its snow emergency plan for the District. They've also tweeted a reminder that there's no parking on snow emergency routes -- even before snowmageddon starts. That means if you're parked in downtown D.C. now move your car before it gets moved for you.
