D.C. to add 25 parking enforcement officers

Be sure to bring quarters the next time you plan to park in the District. The Examiner reports that D.C. officials are adding 25 new parking enforcement officers to their ranks. Revenue from parking tickets has declined in part because more people are contesting the tickets they receive.
