Really an accident, not a crash? Investigators have ruled out negligence?

The bus driver was stoned, texting, on his cell or talking to a hot babe on the bus.

Sounds like the W4 bus was involved. Those are very narrow streets in that area - especially Savannah St. and Metrobuses haven't gotten any smaller. Additionally, if the people involved are being evaluated, some injuries may be involved. In any event, the main issue in that area are the narrow streets.
