3 charged in S.E. shooting

Two men and a male juvenile have been charged with first-degree murder while armed.

Two men have been charged in the Tuesday night shooting that left four dead and at least five wounded in one of the District's deadliest shootings in years, a spokesman for the U.S. attorney's office said Wednesday.
Nathaniel Simms, 26, and Orlando Carter, 20, were charged with first degree murder while armed, the spokesman said.
