9:30 Club to host writers who rock
The Rock Bottom Remainders, the band made up of authors Dave Barry, Amy Tan, Scott Turow, Mitch Albom and others, are putting on a show at the 9:30 Club in Washington Wednesday to raise money for Haiti relief efforts.
Click Track talked to Roger McGuinn of the Byrds about the writers who rock. Check it out here.
D.C. school students will also benefit from the concert/fundraiser. The Pearson Foundation will donate five books to the D.C. Public Schools for every ticket sold.
