Lotto winner donates $1.1M to GWU

A couple that won the Mega Millions lottery is donating $1.1 million to George Washington University to provide support for minority students and veterans, NBC 4 reports.
Gilbert Cisneros -- who graduated from GWU in 1994 -- and his wife, Jacki, won $266 million in the California State Lottery drawing last May.
