Flash mob alert!

The Asia Heritage Foundation is celebrating its 5th Annual National Asian Heritage Festival by getting 300 or more people to do a Bollywood style flash mob dance in downtown D.C.

Would-be dancers can learn the routine on-line. Then come Saturday, May 22, show up at Pennsylvania Avenue and 3rd St. NW at 12:30 p.m. and get your Bhangra on.

Dancers are asked to wear orange and yellow.

If you are interested in learning the Flashmob dance in person, Dhoonya Dance is offering two drop in classes this week where you can learn them. Monday, May 17 at 6:30 in Clarendon, and Wedensday, May 19 at 7:00 in Takoma Park. Sign up at
