Arrest in slaying of D.C. teen

A teenager from Southeast Washington was killed Friday and a suspect in the death was arrested two days later, D.C. police said.
They said Ricardo Vondell Minger, 17, of First Street SE, was found fatally shot Friday night in the 5300 block of E Street SE.
Police said Kevin Lamont Clark, 23, of Hyattsville was arrested Sunday and charged with first-degree murder while armed in the death.
