Blue/Orange line closures begin tonight

Metro is closing several stations on the eastern end of the Blue and Orange lines this weekend for a major maintenance project. Final departures for many trains will take place over the next hour.
The Post's Dr. Gridlock has details about what the track work as well as suggestions for navigating the system once the closures being. Stations are scheduled to reopen at 5 a.m. Monday.
