Body found near D.C. police headquarters
D.C. police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found across the street from police headquarters Friday.
The man was found near Fourth and D Streets NW, said Lt. Nicholas Breul. They believe the man was homeless and that he died of natural causes.
The department's natural death squad is investigating.

Yeah, so why are bagpipe bands required to check in with security? Are people that afraid of a Scottish instrument?

It's right outside my building and odds are it is someone from the homeless shelter next door. Police Week is going on steps away and there are tons of people out on a normally sleepy street.
