D.C. firefighters, police to back Gray
District firefighters and police officers are expected to announce Thursday that they will support D.C. Council chairman Vincent C. Gray over incumbent Adrian M. Fenty in this year’s September Democratic primary for mayor.
Gray will endorsed by the local Fraternal Order of Police lodge and the Firefighters Association of D.C. at 11 a.m.
