D.C. owned properties to be auctioned
Eighteen properties owned by the District will be auctioned on June 30 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, city officials announced Wednesday. The auction of single-family and multi-family buildings and vacant lots, will begin at 2 p.m.
The auction is only open to: bidders who plan to make the property their primary residence; nonprofits; and D.C. certified business entities.
