The Wilson Aquatic Center reopened Monday afternoon after repairs to the pool's water-heating system were completed ahead of schedule.
The District' s Department of Parks and Recreation said the center reopened at 2:30 p.m.
The center, which opened in August 2009, was closed Dec. 30 so the water-heating system could be fixed. The center had been expected to remain closed though Tuesday.
